The train is a stress-free way to travel. Travel on the express from Lisbon to Loule, then catch an Uber to the flat.
Total trip time should be around 3 hours.
The highways in Portugal are well taken care of and easy to drive. The nice part is the higher speed limit. Just make sure to move over for faster travelling cars!
From Lisbon the drive takes about 2 1/2 hours
